PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Beehive Homes — We are waiting for their Warranty Bond and the original Letter of Credit.
Captain's Marine — They will need a bond for landscaping and maybe a few other items.
OLD BUSINESS:
Spring Prairie Phase IV — overall site development plan. Fincher is waiting for a response to his
comments he sent them. Freyholtz stated MDT is waiting for an updated lighting plan from them.
This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
New Zoning District (B-3) — The new zoning district for the core area.
Zone Change - Changing the zoning on Main Street for a half block near Moose's to B-3.
Work Session — Glacier Rail Park Plan TEDD (Target Economic Development District), which is
basically a TIF District.
Work Session - South Kalispell Urban Renewal Plan.
OTHER REPORTS:
Captain's Marine — Freyholtz asked if Captain's Marine will be putting in a bike path in front of
their project, as they have not yet inquired about getting an Encroachment Permit from MDT. They
will be responsible for putting in the bike path.
