PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Beehive Homes — Haskins is working with Fraser to develop an agreed upon amount for a bond.
Captain's Marine — Sorensen stated he spoke with Porch yesterday. They will need a bond for
landscaping and maybe a few other items.
OLD BUSINESS:
Spring Prairie Phase IV — overall site development plan. Tabler sent them an e-mail stating that
Public Works is satisfied with the layout, and Blumenstein is okay with that e-mail. Fincher is still
waiting for a landscaping plan, and we are still waiting for MDT's approval of their traffic signal and
regarding the luminaires. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Loading Dock — 10 1 E Center; change of use — adding boxing/fitness tenant in existing space in the
basement. Their business will be called Hard Knocks Boxing and Fitness. Since this is a Change of
Use, it is here for Site Review. There will be no changes on the outside of the building. They will be
adding a bathroom and a shower. This is passed through Site Review.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Nothing new at this time per Nygren.
