THIS INDENTURE, Made the 23rd day of July in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-eight between Hattie Greig, of Los Angeles, California, party of the
first part and The City of Kalispell, Montana the party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said part-- of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Two thousand and no/100 Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, to
her in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said

the NTQNT of Sec. 20, Twp. 2o, N. Range 21, W. 9. 6i., in :Montana in that deed dated July '
23rd, 142d, in which the City of Kalispell, dootana, is the grantee; that she is the iden-
tical person who signed said deed as "Ars. Hattie Greig"; that she is the identical person
known as "Hattie D. Greif", and was the grantee named in the decrees of distribution on
pages 16 and 28 of Abstract No. A-4103 of the Commercial Abstract and Title Company of
Kulispell, lontana, oeiW, an abstract of the title of said property hereinabove mentioned;
