That it is the intention of said City Council to create
a new Special.Improvement District to he known as Special Im-
provement District No. 45 for thn purpose of constrvoting an eigihA
inch W) laterp�l sewer t7i-rein-
Whereas, it is the sense of th4 majority vote of the City
Council of tin 007 of KalispellSontana, that it is necessary for
sanitar7 purposes that a sewer be constructed in the alley in Block
Thirty-one and 7ifty , which sail Special inPrOvemOnt Distvict
54,11 inninle all of the lots in Block Thirt7 one and 7ifty of the
original towngite of Kalispell, Said Special Trriprove-n.-ient District
above described to be improved by constructinE an eight inch lateral
sewer beginning at a point in the center of Second Street on the,
center line of the alley betienn Pourth and Fifth Avenues West and
extending North thsovEh the center or said all, to the South line
of the Great Northern Rail=7 Cowpa4yls riEht-of-wa7.
Said sewer to be constructed of vitrified sewer pipe
under the supervision of the Cit- Engineer. The approximate cost
of sid sewer being t�a sumn of QKA6 and the sami�� slrill, be -paid b-r
special assessment upon all the assessable propert7 within said
Special Vaprovement District, exclusive of streets, alleys and
public places; and each pdece or parcel of land within said district

the intention on the part of the said City Council to make said
improvements notifying all owners or agents of the property witidn
said Special Improvement District No. 45 to be affected or bene-
fitted that tho said City Covncil of the City of Kalispell
will meet on the 17th dAy of Ma7l 1909, at 8 o'clock P.M. in the
Council Cbanber at the City A111 inKalispell&ontana, at thich time

It is further ordered b7 the City Council that all

all ' deferred payments to be paid at thv rate o? six per cent pn,-
annum, payible annually.
