BE IT RTSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
that wheress at a fee ting of the City Council held on the 27th day
of July, .1908, a resolution was aaopted ordering the extension of
water mains in accordance with the petition of a nsiority of the
property owners, beginning on Fifth Avenue West and running from
thence East aVong the North side of Montana Street to the East side
of Second Avenue West; .-
AN'D WHEREAS upon further consideration it is fo",md- desir-
able to chaige the route of said extension;
-P �R, IT T117,RBSTOFE ORDERED that the Resolution above referred to
be amended and changed to read as follows: Beginning on Fifth Ave.
West, according to petition and contract heretofore entered into be-
tween property owners and said Kalispell 16ter & Electric Company,
running from thence East along the North side of Montana Street to
the East stie of Second A7enve West, and from thence rLuning in a
Southerly direction along the East side of Second Avenue West across
the tracks aid rQht-of-way of the Great Northern Railway to a point
opposite the Northerly line of Blacys 33 and 34 of the original town -
site of KalispelL and connecting with the wv�-it er-Tr%:- ins there situates
the Kalispell Water & Electric Company to pay the total expense of
crossing Railway right-of-way.
BE IT THERE ORE07DERED that the water main be extended in "c-
cord4nee with this amended resolution and the YAlispell eater and
Eiectric Company be herewith instructed to extend the water rain ac-
cording to the ordinances in suda case made and -provided.
Passed and approved this "nth day of September, A.D., 1908.
