that Whereas at a meeting of the City Council duly held on the 27th
day of July, 1908, a resolution was adopted ordering the extension
of water Enins as follows: BeginninZ at the end of the present
water main on 7ifth Avenue Bus tand running from thence South along
Fifth Avenue 74st to the intersectioA of Fifth Avenue East with
Seventh Street, a distance of two blocks, and whereas, after further
consderation it is found desirable to run this extension one
further South;
BE IT that the resolution above referred to
be amended and changed to reud as follows: Beginning at the end of
the present water nain on Fifth Avenue East, at the intersection of
Fifth Street, and running from thence South along Fifth Avenue East
to the intersection of Fifth Avenue East "nd Eighth Street, a dis-
tance of three blocks.
BF IT =RMORR WE= that the outer main be extended in ac-
cordance with this resolution and that the 7alispell `dater & Electric
Convany be herewith instructed to extend the wnter main in accordmace
with the ordinances in such case made and provided.
