A RESOLUT ION
A resolution levying an assessment upon the property in
Special InVrovement District No.37, in the City of EAlispell,N1ontana,
for the purpose of defraying tie cost of graveling, grading and
boulevarding that portion of Sixth Avenue West lying in that dis-
trict.
==S, the City Council of the its of Kalispell, Montana,
ha8 hereto ore passed a resolution by the terms of Mkich the gravel-
inC, grading and boylevarding of that part of Sixth Avenue West with-
in the limits of Special Improvenent District No.37 was authorized,
and provisLon n%de therein for the pay-ment of the cost of same by
levy against the property in said district, the cost of which said
improvements is the Sam of $411.60;
BE IT THRRAYORR RESOLVED, that a levy be made against all the
property within the limits of said Special Improvement District No.
37, as follows: --

The aforesaid sums to be paid in three euqpa annual payments,
at the rate of $17.15 annually for each and every fifty foot lot,
with interest ,on deferred payments at the rate of Q! per annum. The
said payments to be made on or before the 30th day of November of
each and every year, the first of which payments shall be nade in the
year 1903.
