WHERYAS$ it is tin sense of the majority vote of the City Council of !he City of Kalispell, that it is necessary for the sanitary purpose that a sewer be constructed from the south sidenof Eighth Street to the center of Eleventh Street; Be it therefore resd1ved that a sewer eight inches in diameter be constructed from the south side of eight street to the center of Eleventh street in the alley between Second and Third Avenres Past at a total estimated cost of $1260.00 which amount will WassesseO against all of the property in Blocks Nos. 1167 123, and 135 of the original townAlte of Kalispell, Montana. That said sewer shall be constructed under the supervision --,of the City Engineer; W material to be of Vitrified sewer pipe to be constrneted under the contract let to the lowest bidder after 6ue notice of the bids to be published as required by law. That the costs of the aforesaid sewer siall be levied against the property as hereinfore specified in proportion to tin area of said properties. That a levy against all of the aforesaid property according to the area thereof requiring the payment of said sewer to be made in three aqual annual installments, the first of which shall be paid in the 7ear 1908, and all deferred payments to bear interest at the rate of six percent per a�nnum, payrent annually. Be it further resolved that a notice be published in one issue of the Kalispell Journal before the 27th day of July, 1908, notify- ing all concerned that the City Council will meet in the City Ehll on said 27th day of July 1908 at 8 o'clock P. M. to hear and entertain objections for the construction of said sewer either by the owner or agents of the property tobe effected therein.
