KALISPELL,
That It is the intention of said City Council to create a new
Special Improvement District to be know m- as Special Improvement
District No. 32, for the piirpose of ooTistruction cement therein
the boundaries 'of said Special Improvement District are to be as
follows, to -sit:
Commencing at a point w1nere the center line of second street
intersects the center li,1-11e of Third Avenue West, thence south thrmigh
the center of Third Aveiyae to its intersection with Pourth street,,
thence west in the center of Fonrth Street to a point '1F,rhere said
Fourth Strut intersects the center line o' the alle- between
Third and Fourth Avenues 'Nest, thence north thlroufsh the center of
said alley to a point where it intersects Second Street, thence eases.
in the center of Second Street to the place of beginning, said
district to include the e«�st 'half of blocks 52 and 69 of the original
townsite of Kalispell, Montana.

It is further prdered by the City Council that all assessments

trice W.32 shall be in eight equal annual installments or pay-
ments, the first of which shall be paid in the year 1908, and all
deferred payments to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per
annum, - payable annually,
