Resolution - Assessment - SID 25A RESOLUT ION
A resolution levying an assessment upon the property in Spec-
ial Improtament District No.25,,in the City of Kalispeil,Hontanw,
for the purTose of defraying the cost of graveling, grading and
boulevarding that portion of Youxth Avenue Vest lying in that dis-
trict -
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kali zp ell Montana, has
heretofore passed " resolution by the terms of which the grading,
graveling and boulevarding of that part of FouYth Avenue West with,
in the limits of SpecialImprovement District No.25 was authorized,
and provision made therein for the paynent of the cost of same by
levy against the property in said district, the cost of which said
improvements is the sum of $1900000;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVEDI that a levy be made against all the
property within the limits of said Special Improvement District
No.25j as follows: --
