BETWERA MAIN STREET AND 7IRST AVENUE WEST,
WBARAAS, it is the sense of a majority vote of the city council
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, that it is necessary that a sewer
be constructed within sewer district No 4 - 5; be it therefore
RESOLVED that a sewer 18 inches in diameter,be constrncted according
to the plans and specifications of the City Engineer, beginning at
the Intersection of the center line of Montana, street with the
center line of the alley between Main Street and First Amens West,
and from thence running in a southerly direction through the center
of sail alley to the interse&Qi of said alley with Fifth Street.'
Said Sewer shall be constructed under the supervision of the City
Engineer. The material to be vitrified sewer pipe and the estinatef
cost to be the sum of $7594.00 and said sewer shall be constructed
under W contract let to the lowest bidder after dne notice for bids
as required by law.
BE IT FURTENR TESOLVED, that to defray the cost and expense
of the construction of said sewer, the said sum cif' -$7594.00 will
be apportioned among the blocks through which sewer shall run as
fp;;ows: The sum of $2362.51, will be apyortioned among the lots to
the following blocks, to -wit: Blocks 75, 66, 55, 46, and 35 and the
sum of $5231,49 will be apportioned among the lots in the following.
