WBFREAS, The Great Northern Railway Co., has drawn and executed
anagreementin writing, and mibnAtted the same to the Dity Council
of the City of Kalispell, which agreement by its terms allows
and permits the City of Kalispell to enter upon, use as doccupy for
park purposes, during the will and pleasure of said Great Northern
Railway Co., near the passenger depot in the city of Kalispell, whip_,
is more partienlarly described as follows , to -wit:
Beginning at a point on the southerly boundary line of the
right, of way of the Railway line of said Railway Company, at its
intersection with the easterly line of Main Street; thence easterly
along said boundary line 380 feet; thence northerly at right angles
237 feett thRuce westerly parallel to the first described course
380feett thonce southerly at right angles to the place of beginning

That said lease above mentioned and de3cribQ, be accepted by
the City of Kalispell accordily to the terms and conditions therein
contained$ and the sane is hereb7 accepted; and the Ya7or of the
City of Kalispell is hereb7 artiorized and directed to execute said
lease under thB Seal of the C07 of Kalispell, for and in behalf
of the City Council of the City of Kalispell; and the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to draw a warrant for the sum of One Dollar upon
W City of Kalispell and deliver Vrie swore to the Great Yortiern Ral-16
way Company in pgymehit of the consideration in said lease mentioned
and agreed upon.
