BE IT RESOLIrgl) BY Thy ""ITS" COU31TICIL OF 'A"ITTY, CITY OF XALISPIRDL: That it is t'-qe intention of said cit,, couhcil to create a new I Special Ilaprovei-,ient District to be known as Special Improvement District '1170. 34, for the purpose or improving the avenues therein, to establish grades, curbs and 'construct grass plats, sow grass seeds and plant trees"therain and to gradd the avenues therein, the boundaries of w-doh said Special Improve-,--ient District are to be as follows, to -wit: BeginrIing at 'U.'ae J'ntersf,-ction of Second Street with the center line of the Alley in Block 511 thence south through said Alley in Block 51, 70 and 71 to its intersection with Fifth Street; thence west on Fifth street to its inter6acticii with the center -line of the alley in Block 176; thence norht through said alley in Block 176, 1168 and 167i to its intersection with said Second street;, thence east on Second stye--t to the place of beginning. Said district to include the East half of Block 167, 1689 acid 176; and the west half of Blocks 51, 70 and 71 of the addition No l, to the Townsite of Kalispell, Montana. Said Special Improvement District herein above described to be improved as follows, by establishing a grade, upon Fifth Avenue West within the 1 imits:above described, constriieting ourbs within said boundaries on both sides of said Avenue graveling, gradirg and boulevarding the saiR, so inn grass seeds and planting trees in the grassplats, grading up the center of said Avenue between said curbs -vhichsaid ciirlbs shall be eighteen feet froya the property Line, bringing the.Avenue to grade -p'actng gravel thereon,� Criving it a rounded and smooth aprearance and surface and also by establishing and putting in crossings wherever the same may be necessary.
