intention on the part of said city council to make said, improve-

thereby, that said c,itl,! cou-neil will, meet o-n the 10th day of June
19081 at 3 o'clock P. M. in the council uhambers at the City 1hall
at Kalispell, Montana, to col-isider any objection to the final
establish,ment, of sai,,! Special 1,,provementl District, which said
objections must be in writing and f iled with the city clerk on or
before said Ute.
It is further ordered by the city council that all assessments
levied against said property within said Special It rovement Dis-
trict No. 31 shall be in eight eTial instalUments or payme-nts,
thefirst of which shall be paid in the year 1908p and all deferred
payments to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum,
payable annuOly.
