be accepted, and that the Hlayor and City Clerk of the City of Kal-
ispell are here -by author zed. and instructed to prepare, execute and
deliver to the said Sohn J. Prohlicher a good and sufficient deed
to said property, upon the payment by the said John J. Frohlicher
