Half of Block 198 of Addition No*2 to said City of Kaiispell.Kon-
tana, within Sewer District No.4, for the aoseof Defraying the
Cost of Buiding a Certain Sewer Adjacent to said property.
WHARMS the City Council of the City of Kalispell —haB hereto-
fore pa5sed a resolution by the terms of which it has caused a sewer
to be construnted in the alley in Block 198 of Addition No of the
City of KalispellSontana, the cost of construction of which said
newer has been the sea of $162*00:
DE 1T THEREPORE ROGYM that a lery be made against the said
property on the North half of Block 198 of Addition Nc.2 of said
City of KalispellSontana, in the following amounts and owned by
the following naned persons, to -wit:
lot I Conrad Fational Bank
2 M. Sliter 27.00
3 Conrad National Bank 27.00
10111 & 12 KaWpell Townsite Co. 27.00
Thst said sums are to be paid in three equal annual pa7ments
of $9.00 for each and every lot above naned, the said payments to be
made on or before the 30th day of November of each and every year,
the f irot of which eaid p"yments shall be made in the year 1907.
