Resolution - Water Main Extension0 RTIZOLUTIOC' BN IT that the City Council of the City of Milispell, that the Kalispell Water & Electric Company be required and is hereby required in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.21 hereto- fore passed, to extend their water mains pursuant to the petitions heretofore filed by William Yanicke et al. That said extension is hereby ordered to be made from the corner of fifth Ave. West and Fifth Street in a Northerly direction along Fifth Avenue West for a distance of approximately two and one-half blocks and connecting with a min heretofore laid. It is further ordered that the City Clerk of the City of TKalis- pell be and is hereby required to serve a copy of this Resolution on the said Kalispell Water & Electric Conpany together with an order requiring said extension to be made, under his Seal as Clerk of said City ofKaliEpell. Be it further resolved, that the Kalispell Water & Electric Com- pany be required to use the pipe called for in the original fran- chise. Said resolution was seconded by Aldenwn Hand and was carried, by the following vote: Aldermen Buckingham, Hand, Jones, 11ulaney, Rogniien and Schtaqannm aye; no noes.
