Resolution - Assessments - Boulevards & Grassa
RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTIal levying the assessment for raintaining the boul-
evards and grass plats in the maintenance districts of the City of
Kalispell for the year 1907.
Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell;
that there be and is hereby levied against each and every lot in
Taintenance District No.1, of the City of KAIispe!12 which said
maintenance: district includes that territory heretofore included in
Special Improvement Districts Nos. 8, 10, 11, 12, 13; 16,17 and 21,
the sum of $2.75 per lot, with the exception that those lots included
heretofore in Special Improvement District No.21 shall have levied
against them and shall pay the sum of $1.50 per lot for the mainte-
nance of said boulevards and gross p1sts as aforesaid.
Be it further resolved; that there be and is hereby levied
against each. and every lot in maintenance District No.2, of the City
of Kalispelij which said maintenance district includes the territory
heretofore included in Special Improvement Districts Nosy 9,14 and 20,
the sum of $2,75 per lot; with the exception that those lots inciuded
heretofore in Special Improvement District No.20 Ahall have levied
against thern and --,hall pay the sum of $1.50 per lot.for the mainte-
nance of said boulevards and grass plats as aforesaid.
Be it further resolved; that there be and is hereby levied
against each and every lot in Maintenance District No.18, of the
City of Kalispell, Which said maintenance district includes the ter-
ritory heretofore included in Special Improvement Districts Nos.18
and 19, the sum of $2*75 per lot for the maintenance of said boule-
vards and grass plats as aforesaid.
That said sum above mentioned shall be due and payable from

the owners of all the property above referred to on or before the
30th day of November, 1907.
