BE IT EFSOWD BY THE C1T---,` COT)TICIL OF TEE CITY 07 KALISPELL, HONTANA.-
Wat there si e and there is hereby created and estallished a
"Special InQro7ement Xninten"nGe District Q.17" Qf the City of XA11-
ispell, Montana, and that the boun6wrins of .said District shall con-
sist of the same territory and bounded and described by the identical
boundaries of "Special lnpro7emens District No-17" of the said City,.
of Yalizpellj M§ntwna," heretofore created and established by said
City CouRyil by Resolution, whi& said Resolution is now on file :end
recorded in the office of the lity Clerk of the said City of Kalis-
pell, Montana, on p"ges 482 and 483 of Minute Book No.&'rycordw of
said City; and !hat said District is hereby created for the purDose
of levying an as5eozment upon all V the property within said Dis-
trict, to ornste a mAintanance And to defray the cost of preserving,
and maintaining the improvements thereiz,,, exclusive of streets, "I -
