That there shall be and is hereby created and established a
"Rpecial Inprovement District No.9 '-K"inten,,�.nce 7und" of the City of
Talispell, Montana, which said fund is hereby created and establish&],
for the purpose of defraying the cost of maintaining "mac preservirf-,
the inprovements of"Ssae cial Impro7ement X"inten=ce District No.91,
of the said City of Ya lispell, Mont" a,, heretofore crelte d and estab-
lished by the said City Council, by Resolution, which Resolution iz
on file and recorded in the office of the City. Clerk of s"id City of
MAI Spell, Hortan a, to whi ch ref erenc e is hereby made and trod; "nd
that said fvnd hereby created and estaWshed shall be kept up and
sipplied by a special levy and assessment to be levied before the
first Waiday in Novenber of each year) upon all of the property within
said "Spacial Improveriert -Tainterance District No 9H eXCIUSiVe Of
the streets, alleys and public places therein, and all monsyF col-
