of the City of Kalispell-, has petitioned for the approval of the re�3ub-
division of said premises to be known as Resubdivision of Lot 6, Block
7, Sunset Addition #4, Addition #127 to ka11spel_1_,_
and all persons having an interest in said premises have, in wri Ing,
consented to the resubdivision of said premises, as required by Section
76-3-613 M.C.A.4 znd
WHEREAS, said resubdivision does qualify for summary review and.
approval under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations of Lhe
City of Kalispell as now in effect, and
WHEREAS, the Flathead Regional Development Office has reviewed and
recommended the City approve such resubdivision, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, in considering this request has found,
Lcom the preliminary plat and evidence relating thereto, -that said re -
subdivision is in the public interest. -and in making such finding, the
Council has considered anA weighed �a) the basis of the need for the
subdivEsion; (b) expressed public opinion; (c) effects on agriculture;
(d) elfects on local services; (e) effects on taxation; (f) effects on
wildlife habitat, and (h) effects on the public health and safety.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY,r,,HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SECTION 1. The Petition of -Larry A. Olson

is hei..by approved and same shall hereafter be known as Resubdivision
of Yeot 6, Block 7, Sunset Addijjon#4_,_AddjticrL#l27 to Kalis ell,
of the _C1�7_ot Kalispell, Montana.
SECTION 2. The classification of said premises under the Kalispell
Zoning Ordinance shall not be changed by this action.
SECTION 3- That no portion of said premises need be dedicated to
the City for park purposes, and, in accord with Section 76-3-6()6 M.C.A.,
said petitioner shall forthwith pay to the City of Kalispell for park
purposes, in lieu thereof, the sum of $ NONE; only one additional lot
created (#76-3-606(3), M.C.A.)
SECTION 4. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum for park purposes,
and upon proper filing of the final plat of said resubdivision in the
office of the Flathead county clerk and Recorder, said premises shall be
a subdivision of the City of Kalispell.
