A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 3270 TO DELETE THERE-
FROM SEC. 4(q) RELATING TO ESTABLISHMENT OF CENTRAL GARBAGE
COLLECTION FACILITY IN THE PINES TOWNHOUSE SUBDIVISION #113.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
Resolution No. 3270 entitled "A Resolution to
approve as a subdivision of'the City of Kalis-
pell, Montana, The Pines Townhouse Subdivision
No. 113", and.passed by the City Council on
Dec. 17, 1979, is hereby amended to delete
therefrom and repeal, Sec. 4(g) thereof. All
other provisions of said Resolution No. 3270
shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, THIS '8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1980.
