A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OIL SPRINKLING
DISTRICT #2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Pursuant to the authority granted the City Coun-
cil by Section 7-12-4403, M.C.A., the boundaries of the Oil
Sprinkling District #2 are hereby altered to include therein
all areas within the City as of March 1, 1980, and in which
sprinkling and dust control is being performed by the City
directly or under a contract therefor. Said district shall
include any area heretofor designated as oil Sprinkling
District #2.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AND
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 16TH DAY OF JUNE 1980.
