JUSTIFICATION
Due to typical subsurface soils found within this project location, it was necessary
to overexcavate in several areas to obtain -acceptable soil conditions. The overage
in AV, MIX is attributed to the paving extending beyond the intersections.
ACCEPTaNTCE
The City of Kalispell, owner, and American Asphalt, Inc. contractor,
in the above referenced contract, do hereby agree to the terms and conditions of
the i-astant change order number I and same is effective this date in accordance
with Resolution No. 3275 and said contract is nn nded accordingly.
