BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C()TJNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3283 declaring intention to create an
emergency budget for Police Depart-aent, General Fund purposes
in the amount of $4,000.00 was adopted by the City (buncil and
duly noticed for hearing protests; and
WHEREAS, no protests were made at said time and place,
NOW TBE=BE, BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency budget in the
amount of $4,000.00 be and same hereby is ordered.
PASSED BY THE CITY CaNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
ANDAPPRDVED BY THE MAYOR, THIS 5th DAY OF MAY, 1980.
