A RESOLUTION LEVYING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND
AVENUES IN THE WATER SPRINKLING DISTRICT # 1 FOR THE YEAR 1980.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
WHEREAS, the entire cost of the Water Sprinkling District # I for the
year is estimated to be $16,145.00; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 16th day of June , 1980
the City Council did consider all objections made to said —estimate
and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment of said cost;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the amount of the total cost of
$16,14S.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each
lot or parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately
on a lineal foot basis in the amount of $1.10 per lineal foot thereof
within the district except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of
,this resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED BY
THE MAYOR THIS 16th day of June, 1980.
