A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A TRANSFER AMONG APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN A GENERAL
CLASSIFICATION OF EXPENDI11JRES WITHIN THE REVENUE SHARING FUND AS ADOPTED
BY THE CITY OF KALISPELL BUDGET FOR 1979-1980 FISCAL YEAR.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, in the Revenue Sharing Budget adopted by the City of Kalispell
for the 1979-1980 fiscal year, certain detailed and itemized estimates
of expenditures within the general classification of Capital Outlay,
Legal Services and Labor Negotiator ' for the vari�wus -departments of the
City have proven inaccurate in the operation of the City for that portion
of the 1979-1980 fiscal year so far expired, and
WHEREAS, the overall expenditures of the City in said classification
is not in excess of the total of such estimates of expenditures adopted in
the City's Revenue Sharing Budget for the 1979-1980 fiscal year thus far
expired, and, further, it does not appear that the total of the budgeted
appropriations in said classification will exceed such estimate for the
balance of the 1979-1980 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, under the authority granted by the Council by law to make
transfers or revisions within a general budgetary classification,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfers within
the classification of Capital Outlay, Legal Services and Labor Negotiator
in the City Revenue Sb ing Budget for the 1979-1980 fiscal year should
be made:
Add to Revenue Sharing Budget (2710-410100-398) the title
"and Legal Services" and $2,800.00.
Subtract from Revenue Sharing Budget (2710-410510-948) $2,500.00
Subtract from Revenue Sharing Budget (2710-430100-944) $300.00
