A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF KALIS-
PELL, TO BE KNOWN AS EL DORITA VILLAGE, ADDITION NO. 111, AND TO
FIX THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLICATION
OF NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.
WHEREAS, Clifford Dale Collins has made petition to the City
of Kalispell for annexation to said City of certain territory to
be known as El Dorita Village, Addition No. 111; and
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat thereof has been reviewed and con-
sidered in accord with the laws of the State of Montana and the
subdivision regulations of the City of Kalispell by the Kalispell
City -County Planning Board and said Board has, by communication
dated November 6, 1979, recommended that said petition be granted
under certain conditions; and it appears that said conditions are
or will be adequately satisfied, and that it is to the best interest
of the City of Kalispell that said petition be granted,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is the intention of the City of Kalispell that territory
comprising El Dorita Village, Addition No. III shall be annexed to
the City of Kalispell and shall be classified a Residential Apart-
ment RA -I District. Said territory is more particularly described
as follows:
/k tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the North-
east Quarter of Section 12, Township 23 North, Range 22 West,
P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 12; thence N 89143' E
a distance of 491.50 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing N 89*431 E a distance of 350.0 feet; thence
N 0*01' E a distance of 437.90 feet; thence N 89154115" W a
distance of 300.0 feet; thence S 0'011 W a distance of 260.0
feet; thence S 89054115" E a distance of 50.0 feet; thence
S 0'01' W a distance of 167.9 feet more or less to the point
of beginning.
2. A public hearing on said petition for annexation will be
held by the Kalispell City Council at its regular meeting held in
the Council Chambers of the Kalispell City Hall commencing at 7:30
P.M. on the 7th day of January , 19 80 .
3. The City Clerk will forthwith prepare and publish in the
Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper published at Kalispell, Montana,
proper notice of said public hearing. Said petitioner shall pay
all costs of publication of said notice.
