A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT FROM CONTRACTOR, THE COMPLETED ADDITION NO.
2 TO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (AERATION BASIN),
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that construction of the
Addition No. 2 (Aeration Basin) to Kalispell Wastewater Treatment
Plant, is completed and same is accepted from the contractor this
date. Said construction was performed under Federal Sewage Works
Grant #C-300163-01 (Step 3) awarded to the City of Kalispell on
September 15, 1977.
This acceptance is made subject to the warranties and con-
ditions as set forth in the contract documents of said project
extension.
