tions have been found necessary and adviseable and in the best interests of the
City; and said changes and alterations could not have been necessarily foreseeable

1. The alterations and modifications of the specifications and plans of the
contract between the City of Kalispell and Robert W. Ross
Contractor
dated March 27, 1978 —, as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, are
hereby approved; and
2. As soon as the price to be paid for said alterations and modifications
are agreed to in writing, signed by the cork—ractor, as hereby approved by the
Council, this approval thereof shall be in effect.
