A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A TRANSFER OF SIDEWALK & CURB SINKING FUNDS TO CLOSE
OUT SIDEWALK 4 CURB SINKING FUNDS FOR THE YEARS 1967, 1968 AND 1969.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Sidewalk � Curb Sinking Funds for the years 1967, 1968 and 1969
are not necessary to maintain because the warrants are paid; and
WHEREAS, these funds have balances that should be transferred into the
Sidewalk & Curb Revolving Fund in order to close out the years 1967, 1968 and
1969; and
WHEREAS, under the authority granted the Council by law to make trans-
fers or revisions within a general budgetary classification,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfers within the
classification of Sidewalk 4 Curb Sinking Funds for the years 1967, 1968
and 1969 be made as follows:
