Resolution 3246 - Notice of Intent - Brady AddnRESOLUTION NO. 3246 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE CITY 01' KALISPELL, TO BE KNOWN AS BRADY ADDITION NO. 103, AND TO FIX THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF SAID HEARING. WHEREAS, William E. Brady, Burnetta E. Brady, Willis E. Peterson, Jeanette Peterson, and Flathead County have made petition to the City of Kalispell for annexation to said City of certain territory to be known as Brady Addition No. 103; and WHEREAS, a preliminary plat thereof has been reviewed and considered in accord with the laws of the State of Montana and the subdivision regulations of the City of Kalispell by the Kalispell City -County Planning Board and said Board has, by communication dated March 15, 1979, recommended that said petition be granted under certain conditions; and it appears that said conditions are or will be adequately satisfied, and that it is to the best interest of the City of Kalispell that said petition be granted, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS: 1. It is the intention of the City of Kalispell that territory comprising Brady Addition No. 103 shall be annexed to the City of Kalispell and shall be classified Residential R-4. Said territory is more particularly described as follows: Lot 9, and Lot 8, except the south ten feet of Lot 8, of Block 2 of Sunset Addition, according to the plat thereof on file in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, and all that portion of Northern Lights Boulevard, Sunset Addition, according to the plat thereof on file in the office of the County Clerk and Re- corder, Flathead County, Montana, lying easterly of and between extensions of the northerly and southerly boundaries of Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, of said Sunset Addition. 2. A public hearing on said petition for annexation will be held by the Kalispell City Council at its regular meeting held in the Council Chambers of the Kalispell City Hall commencing at 7:30 P.M. on AA,3. ? 1 1979. 3. The City Clerk will forthwith prepare and publish in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper published at Kalispell, Mon- tana, proper notice of said public hearing.
