A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 323.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalis-
pell, in compliance with the statutes of the State of Montana,
did, on the 7th day of May, 1979, create Special Improvement
District No. 328 of the City of Kalispell for the purpose of
desiqninq �_-tnd cons trt.icting a sanitary sewer collection system,
water distribution system, and streets in all of that area
included in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions
as specified in Resolutions Nlo. 3226 and No, 3237 _.
WHEREAS, Thomas, Dean & Hoskins, Inc., has submitted
plans of said construction, and same have been approved by
the City Engineer for the City of Kalispell.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the City Clerk forthwith call for bids for said
construction in accord with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That the Notice of said call for bids be in the sub-
stantial form of and contain the provisions of Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
