City; and said changes and alterations could not have been necessarily foreseeable

and alterations,
HOW THOWORE, pursaant to the provisions of Section 11--1204, R.C.M., 1947,
be it hereby resolved:
1. The alterations and modifications of the specifications and plans of the
contract between the City of Kalispell and Stewart & Janes
Contractor
dated Dec. 9, 1977 as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, are
hereby approved; and
1. Ao soon as the price to be paid for said alterations and modifications
are agreed to in writing, signed by the contractor, as hereby approved by the
Council, -this approval thereof shall be in effect.
