1. The alterations and modifications of the specifications and plans of the
contract between the City of Yalispell and Robert W. Ross
Contractor
dated March 27, 1976 as set out in Etylillbit "All attached hereto, axe
bereby approved; and
1. As soon as the price to be paid for said. alterations and modifications
axe agreed to in writing, signed by -the contractor, as hereby approved by "the
Council, this approval thereof shall be in effect.

JUSTVICATION
Experience from the past indicates that alternative heat sources
anil insulation are required for dontinuous cold weather operation
in case of electrical or natural gas failure.

The City of Kalispell, owner, and Bob Ross contractor,
in the above referenced contract, do hereby agree to the te= and conditions of
the instant change order number c tve'and same is effective 'this dale I in accordance
with Resolution No. 32- 3o and said contract is amended accordingly.
