A RESOLUTION TO ALTER TF.—E, '30UNDARIES OF TE OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT #2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T�E CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Pursuant to the authority granted the City Council by
Section 7-12-44031 M.C.A., the boundaries of the Oil Sprinkling District
#2 are hereby altered to fnclude therein all areas within the City as
of March 1, 1979 and in w"--ich sprinkling and dust control is being
performed by the City directly or under a contract therefor. Said
district shall include any area heretofor designated as Oil Sprinkling
District #2.
