A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY SPECIAL LIGHTING
DISTRICT; ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTRICT MAIN-
TENANCE FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS -
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority granted the City Council
by Section 7-12-4335, M,C-A., the boundaries of the City Special
Lighting District are hereby altered to include therein all areas
within the City as of March 1, 1979 and in which street lights
have been installed and the maintenance and operation of which
has been undertaken by and is being performed by the City directly
or under a contract therefor with any other public utility. Said
district shall include any area heretofor designated as a Special
Lighting District within the City, and shall specifically include
those areas previously known as Special Lighting District No. 50,
Special Lighting District No. 51, Special Lighting District No. 52,
and Special Lighting District No. 53.
SECTION II. There shall be established a special fund to be known
and designated as the "City Special Lighting District maintenance
Mund" and all funds received or designated and appropriated for the
purpose of paying the costs of maintaining and operating the City
Special Lighting District shall be paid onto saia fund and used
as provided by Section 7-12-4334 M.C.A.
