be it hereby resolved:
1. The alterations and modifications of the specifications and plans of -the
contract between the City of Kaaispell and Robert W. Ross
Contractor
dated March 27, 1978 as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, are
hereby approved; and
1. As soon as the price to be paid for said alterations and modificallo ns
are agreed to in writing, signed by the contractor, as hereby approved by -the
Council, this approval thereof shall be in effect.
