RESOLUTION NO. 3232
A RFSOLTJTION LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE COST OF OIL SPRINKLING THE
STREETS AND AVEMM49 WITH OIL AND DUST CONTROL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT
NO. 2, FOR THU, YEAR 1979.
WEEREAS, that the entire cost of the Oil Sprinkling District No. 2 for
the Year 1979 is estimated to be $101,000.00; and
WHBREAS� at a public hearing held on the 2nd day of April

1979, the City Council did consider all objections made to said estimate
and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment of said cost;
ROW TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEEM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the total cost, or $114,143.00, be
in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or parcel of
land, as shown by -the special assessment lists on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
SECTION IT. The emount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on
an area basis in the amount of $00.002 per sq,ft. or $14.20 for each
7100 sq. ft. lot or parcel of land within the district except public.
streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED BY THE
MAYOR TRIS 2nd DAY OF April 1 1979.
