A RESOLUTION LETYING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND AVENUES
IN THE WATER SPRINKLING DISTRICT #1 FOR TED YEAR 1979.
BE, IT RESOLVED BY THO, CITY 00!MrCU Or THE CITY 01' KALISPELL, MONTANA.-
WBEREAS, the entire cost of the Water Sprinkling District#1 for the year
is estimated to be $16,145.00; and
WBEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 2nd day of
1979, the City Council did consider all objections made to said estimate
and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment of said cost;
NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That a tax be levied for the amount of the total cost of
$16,145,00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot
or parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 11. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on
a lineal foot basis in the amount of $1.10 per lineal foot thereof within
the district except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to -the City Treasurer as provided by law.
