RESOLUTION NO. 3213
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO CONVEY TO DUANE A. BITNEY
AND BETTY A. BITNEY CERTAIN REALTY NOT NECESSARY AS PART OF THE
KALISPELL GOLF COURSE.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Duane A. Bitney and Betty A. Bitney did on July16
1974 convey and gift to the City certain premises for expansion
of the Kalispell Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, it is now found that a small portion of said premises
is not used as nor necessary to the said Golf Course as expanded,
and it is proper that said small portion be reconveyed to said
Duane A. Bitney and Betty A. Bitney,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to convey to Duane A. Bitney and Betty A.
Sitney by quitclaim deed the following described premises:
Those portions of Government Lots 9 and 10, Section 6,
Township 28 North, Range 21 West, Flathead County, Montana,
designated as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of that parcel shown on
Certificate of Survey No. 1047, records of Flathead
County, thence
North 600 331 29" West 143.57 feet; thence
North 190 521 04" West 296.48 feet; thence
North 10 461 17" Weat 140.69 feet; thence
North 60 0 521 29" West 162.65 feet; thence
North 79 331 3011 East 147.15 feet to a point on the
boundary of Parcel 1 per Certificate of Survey No.
1782, records of Flathead County; thence along the
boundary of said parcel the following courses,
South 00 201 02" East 297.99 feet; thence
South 130 381 14" East 128.54 feet; thence
South 310 061 18" East 192.42 feet, thence
South 43o 331 32" East 129.27 feet to a ooint on the
northerly line of that parcel shown on Certificate
of Survey No. 1047, records of Flathead County; thence
along the Northerly line
North 880 261 14" West 115.68 feet to the Point of Begin-
ning, containing 2.005 acres of land.
