RESOLUTION NO. 3222
A RESOLUTION TO ESTJXATE THE COST OP OIL SPRINKIING TEE STREETS AND AVENUES
WITH OIL AND DUST CONTROL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 2, AM OF THE
INTENTION OF LEVYTNG AND ASSESSING THE COST T14EREOF FOR THE YEAR 1979.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of the Oil Sprinkling District No. 2 for
the year 1979 is estimated to be $101,000.00.
SECTION II. That it is the intention of the City Council to levy and
assess a tax in the amount set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land within said district as shown by the special assessment
lists on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION III. The amount of said tax shall be levied on a proportionate
area basis at the rate of $00.002 per square foot thereof.
SE'CTION IV. The City Council will hold a public hearing on said intent
of levy and assessment before final adoption thereof; said public hearings
shall be held at the regular meeting of the City Council to be held in the
City Council Chambers at 7:30 P. M. on April 2, 1979. The City Clerk
will give notice of said public hearing as provided by law.
