A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 325.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalis--
Pell, in comDliance with the statutes of the State of Montana,
did, on the 7.th day of July, 1978, create Special Improvement
District No. 325 of the City of Kalispell for the purpose of
construction of streets, curbs and gutters, two arch culverts,
a storm drain and sanitary sewer system in all of that area
included in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions as
specified in Resolutions No. 3171 and No. 3181
WHEREAS,
has submitted plans of said construction, and same have been
approved by the City Engineer for the City of Kalispell.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the City Clerk forthwith call for bids for said
construction in accord with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That the Notice of said call for bids be in the sub-
stantial form of and contain the provisions of Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 7th DAY OF July , 1978.
