A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR
SPECIAL IMPROVEME14T DISTRICT NO. 326.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalis-
pell, in compliance with the statutes of the State of Montana,
did, on the-(th day of July, 1978, create Special Improvement
Di -strict No. 326 of the City of Kalispell for the purpose of
constructing streets, curbs and gutters, water facilities and a
Sanitary sewer system in all of that area included in, and in
accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in Resolu-
tions No. 3168 and No. 3180
WHEREAS, Thomas, Dean & Hoskins, Inc., 3 Sunset Plaza,
Kalispell, Montana, has submitted plans of said construction, and
same have been approved by the City Engineer for the City of
Kalispell.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the City Clerk forthwith call for bids for said
construction in accord with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That the Notice of said call for bids be in the sub-
sLantial form of and contain the provisions of Exhibit "A"
at-tached hereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 7th DAY OF JULY 1 1978.
