A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TEE M�PENDITURE OF FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE
CITY PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL ANTIRECESSION FISCAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
(ABFA).
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of certain funds from the United
States Goverment under the Public Works Employment Act of 1976 (P. L.
94-369, Title II) known as +,he Antirecession Fiscaa Assistance Program;
and
NBEREAS, the City does desire to use certain of such funds for
coots of City functions qualifying for use of such funds, and it is
to the best interest of the City to do so,
NOW T1=ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following expenditure of
such funds furnished to the City is hereby authorized:
Funds received from Antireoeosion Fiscal Assistance to
Antirecession Fund $16,000.00
Expenditures:
Salaries — General Fund: $14,000-00
Supplies — General Fund: 2,000.00

The City Clerk is directed to make such reports as may be required
by the U. S. Treasury Department concerning the expenditure of such
funds.
