A necessary drainage system for the Fire Dept. of the new city hall
complex.
PYPTRTT IA"
A. Contractor shall furnish and install drainage plan as
indicated on the drawings dated April 24, 1978 as Change Order
No. 2 and No. 3. Note: The substitution of steel grates,
V211 X 3/1611 and 1 3/1611 on centers and steel angle in lieu of
the gray iron specified;�trench width of 9 5/811 wide in lieu
of 1211 width has been approved.

B. Deduct 7 Type 'IS" floor drains and sewer piping as indicated
on the drawings dated April 24, 1978,
Deduct $1,412.00
C. Substitute 6 foot I.D. X 41 long concrete culvert in lieu
of poured in place concrete qump.
Deduct $100.00
2. Deduct 40 feet of 811 storm sewer and 45 feet of 611 storm sewer
line from property line to the new storm drain in First Avenue
East as indicated on sheet No. 1 of the drawings. This work will
be completed by others.
