City; and said changes and alterations could not have been necessarily foreseeable
when the original design a -ad specifications were prepared on this phase of the

and alterations,
NOW TBKW1ORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-12041 R-C-M-t 'L947,
be it hereby resolved:
1. The alterations and modifications of the specifications and plans of -the
contract between the- City of Kalispell and Dyck Construction Co.

dated April 10, 1978 as set out in Ibchibit "A" attached hereto, are
hereby approved; and
1. As soon n:s the price to be paid'for said alterations and modifications
are agreed to in writing, signed by the contxactor,_as hereby approved by the
Cauncilp this approval thereof shall be in effect.
