RESOLUTION NO. 3165
A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING TEE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND
AV=S IN WATER SPRMING DISTRICT, M L=G AN ASSES= Pon
SAME FOR THE YEAR 1978.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in Water Sprinkling District No. 1 for the 1978 -Year is estimated to
be $16,145.00 Said district consists of those city lots abutting the
f ollowing streets:
Main Street from Eighth Street to California Street
First Avenue East from Center Street to 5th Street East
First Avenue West from Center Street to 5th Street West
Second Avenue West from 2nd Street West to 4th Street West
Center Street from lot Avenue West to 3rd Avenue East
First Street from 3rd Avenue West to 2nd Avenue East
Second Street from 3rd Avenue West to 3rd Avenue East
Third Street from 2nd Avenue West to 3rd Avenue East
Fourth Street from 2nd Avenue West to 2nd Avenue Fast
Fifth Street from let Avenue West to 2nd Avenue East
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property in said Water
Sprinkling District #1 for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in said district. Said tax shall be levied at $1.10 per foot of said
lot abutting said streets as described herein above.
