RESOLUTION NO. 3164
A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF SPRINKLING TBE STREETS AND AVENUES
WITH OIL AND DUST CONTROL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT AND LEVYING AN ASSESS—
MENT FOR SAME FOR THE YEAR 1978.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of Oil Sprinkling District for the year
1978 is estimated to be $101,000.00.
SECTION 2. That the assessment is hereby levied on all lots or pxccels
of land within the city limits abutting a paved street, as follows:
0.002/square foot
SECTION 3. All lots, parcels of lots or tracts within the City, not
abutting or actually fronting or touching upon a city street or avenue,
shall not be assessed.
SECTION 4. The assessments are made pursuant to city special property
records on file in the office of the City Clerk.
