A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTIMATE THE COST OF LIGHTING THE STREETS
AND AVENUES IN THE LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR
SAME FOR YEAR 1978, AM DIRECTINa PUBLICATION FOR A PUBLIC HURING
THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of the Special Lighting District for
the year 1978 is estimated to be $83,200.00.
SECTION 2. That one-fourth of the cost of lighting said district shall
be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That the tax hereby levied for the remaining three -fourths
of the cost of the amount set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessments on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
SECTION 4. The amount of said tax shall be levied for the amount of
$7.84 for each residential lot or parcel of land within the city limits,
$30-48 for commercial B; and $52.96 for commercial A.
